Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Cancel within the allowed window and receive a refund minus a small processing fee.

Appointments can be cancelled directly through the tx app from the "My Appointments" section. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@txapp.com with your booking ID.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to the doctor's availability. Rescheduling requests made more than 2 hours before the appointment are treated as a cancellation and re-booking. Rescheduling within 2 hours is not permitted; in such cases, you must cancel and rebook.

5. Technical Issues

If a consultation cannot proceed due to a verified technical issue on tx's end, the patient is eligible for a full refund. Please contact support@txapp.com within 24 hours with details.
